What financial services do you offer?

We provide financial planning and wealth management to private clients and their families. In addition, we’re able to help you make sense of costs related to retirement, college, owning a home, your mortgage, identity theft, and more.

Can I visit your office?

Absolutely! We encourage all our clients to visit our office located in Southwest Orlando, and we can be reached during normal business hours via phone, email, or mail. We’re available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

How much do your services cost?

We believe in being completely transparent with our clients. ThriveLife360 is a fee-based wealth management firm, which helps identify surprises and hidden costs associated with our services.

What kind of contract do I have to sign before working with you?

To help ease the transition between your previous advisor and our advisors, we offer a 30 day out clause. We want to make sure that you’re completely satisfied. There are no long-term contracts and we’re completely performance based.

Who will be holding my money while it’s being invested?

Your money will be held with our custodians, including Fidelity, Schwab, TD Ameritrade, and LPL Financial. As an independent financial advisor, we’re able to offer you a much larger selection than traditional investment institutions.

How do I know the documents I sign through email are secure?

We use DocuSign® for all of our needs. This means that every document you sign is fully encrypted and only available to you and our office.

What if I need money immediately for an emergency?

It’s no problem at all. Most requests for funds submitted before 3:00 p.m. will be processed the same day. We understand that emergencies arise and we’re here for you.

Will you be clearing each investment with me before making changes?

While we certainly can make changes on your behalf, our advisors like to contact you before making any large investment transitions. Frequent and timely communication is an integral part of this relationship.
